Place on top of a lightbulb in a lamp. Make sure there are no varnished or painted surfaces underneith, so that your oils don't mar or damage a fragile surface (glass or carpet works best). Turn on your lamp. Pour several drops of oil into the clay ring. The clay will absorb the oil and as it heats up will send a wonderous fragrance throughout your room. Great for freshening musty or smoky motel or hotel rooms when you are traveling. The benifit of this ring is it cools quickly when the lightbulb is turned off. Pack it carefully - fragile.
